ABOUT KSD
Keller Self Defense and Krav Maga is unlike any other Martial Arts School or Dojo you will find in DFW. No Belts, No Karate Gi, and you wear your shoes. We train in a reality based no nonsense environment and replicate what you would face in the streets as much as safely possible.
WHAT IS KRAV MAGA?
Krav Maga is the Hebrew term for “Contact Combat”. It is a self-defense system developed for the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF). Krav Maga is known for its focus on real-world situations and its extremely efficient and brutal counter attacks. In Krav Maga, we not only focus on fighting techniques but we also focus a lot on situational awareness, and the psychology of both the attacker and the defender in a real world confrontation and we provide training methods that help students be able to react in a time of crisis or confrontation.
